Stadium Heights Apartments is a community that provides convenience, security, and a scenic relaxing atmosphere for local residents. Located 1-1/2 blocks from Minnesota State University, Mankato on Stadium Road, you'll save on gas and parking fees. Stadium Heights Apartments are currently an affiliate of Minnesota State University, Mankato. To live at Stadium Heights, you must be a student registered for classes at MSU and can apply to live at Stadium Heights below.

Living at Stadium Heights means you have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make lifelong friends with those living right next door! The apartments are surrounded by beautiful landscaping and wetlands that isolates the buildings from the traffic on Stadium Road. An abundance of trails are accessible within blocks of the apartments too!
WHAT'S OUTSIDE
Love to grill? We have charcoal grills located within feet of every apartment. Is volleyball your sport? We have a full size volleyball court on the property. There's also ample of green space to throw around a football, lay out in the grass for a picnic, or read a book during the summer. Additionally, there is ample parking on site right outside your front door. Outside doors are locked 24/7 and on site security is present every night.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Each building has 12 apartment units with 3 bedrooms in each apartment. Apartments house between 3 - 5 individuals. Every bedroom is equipped with access to cable, wireless internet and and ethernet connection. Each apartment has comfortable living space both in the bedrooms as well as the living room. Laundry is located on site in every apartment building and each apartment unit has their own dishwasher. Additionally, there is 24 hour emergency maintenance available.
